Job Description
Bio Tech company based in the Cambridgeshire area seeking a 1st / 2nd line engineer for a 6 month contract. The main task will be fixing printers, helping users with outlook or office 365, troubleshooting windows issues, imaging, PC refreshes, installing and configuring software, setup machines, asset management, etc. Should be familiar with Service Now or similar ticketing system. -
Candidate Requirements
1st 2nd line Technical Support Engineer, minimum 2- 3 years experience, must live in or around the Cambridgeshire area.
